04The challenge

Most Automation Follows A Script.
Your Business Does Not.

Forms, flowcharts and integrations break the moment the work changes. Force learns from how the work is really done.

Typical automation

  • Starts from a blank canvas
  • Needs engineers and API keys
  • Breaks when the process changes
  • Acts without asking
  • Leaves no record of why

With Force

  • Starts from how your team already works
  • Built in plain conversation
  • Works in the apps and websites your team uses
  • Asks before anything goes out
  • Every action on the record
05Platform

Everything Your Agents Need,
Built Into Force

  • Learns your business

Reads your history to see who you deal with, what repeats and how you write.

  • Built in conversation

Describe a job or pick one Force found. It asks only what it cannot know.

  • Works where your team works

Email, chat, documents and the systems your team already runs on. Connected in the chat, in a click.

  • Sign-off on every action

Every send, save or change waits for your yes, in the app or on your phone.

  • Starts on its own

When the right email or event arrives, the agent picks it up.

  • A record of everything

Ask any agent what it did. The answer comes from the record.

10FAQ

Questions, Answered

What people ask before they start. If yours is not here, ask us.

  • What is Force?

Force reads how your team already works, finds the work that repeats, and builds agents that do it. You build them by talking to it, and nothing leaves until you say yes.

  • How is it different from automation tools?

They start from a blank canvas and a list of triggers. Force starts from your own history: who you deal with, what repeats and how you write. It works the apps and websites your team already uses rather than asking for an API key.

  • Does anything happen without my approval?

No. Every action that changes something outside Force stops and shows you exactly what it will do. You approve it or you do not, and either way it is on the record.

  • What can Force connect to?

Email, chat, documents and the systems your team already runs on, including sites with no API, worked in a real browser. Connecting one takes a click in the chat. The connections page lists what is live today and names the run that proved each one.

  • Do I need engineers to use it?

No. An agent is built in a conversation. Force asks only what it cannot work out for itself, and you answer in your own words.

  • How is my data handled?

Your email is read to find the work worth handing over, and what it learned is yours to see and correct. Connections are held as encrypted tokens, and a sign-in to one of your own systems stays in that agent's own browser profile. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR are in progress.
