Step 3 of 7

Reading the last 90 days

Subjects, senders and timings. It is reading to find the repeated work, and it writes nothing.

It cannot read anything here. You are not signed in, so there is no mailbox to read. The sample company shows the same screens. See it on Meridian Freight.

What it reads
Subjects and senders
Who wrote, about what, and when. This is where the repeated work shows up: the same question from twenty different people.
Timings
How long a reply usually took. A job that takes two days to answer and one minute to look up is the one worth taking.
Message text
So it can learn how your desk writes — length, greeting, sign-off, which words you never expand.
Nothing you ruled out
Any mailbox, sender or label on the next screen but one is skipped entirely. You can set those now and come back.
What it never does
  • Sends, replies, deletes or relabels anything. Not once.
  • Reads anything outside the 90-day window.
  • Keeps the mail. What is kept is the findings — counts, timings and the voice — and you can see every one of them on the next screen.
